the .dll is located in the install directory (e.g. C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Animate CC 2018\)
1-) Disconnect the ethernet or wifi
Follow this after install :-
1. After install
2. Open activation folder
3. Click on amtemu.vo.9.2-printer.exe à Run it as administrator
4. Select Adobe Animate CC 2017 (works on 2018 version) from the dropdown
5. Click on Install it will open a search folder click on C folder and select à C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Animate CC 2018
6. You will find amtlib.dll à Select amtlib.dll to install the Crack
7. Wait for the work done and close the crack file - and open the Animate CC 2018 and you are good to go..
