How to remove powered by blogger attribution from Blogspot 2019

Giving credits to the things we use in our blog is a great think and every blogger must do it. As you can see that the template we are using for our blog is designed by someone else and we haven’t removed the footer credits too. Then too there are a lot of blogger who don’t want to give credits and also don’t want to show the “Powered by Blogger Attribution” on their blog.

If you’re using Blogger for blogging then you may know that the customization of the widgets and other thing in blogger is little complicated. A lot of them think that keeping the credit will somewhat loose the professionalism of their blog so they want to remove it. It’s OK if you want to remove the credits, just follow the steps to remove the credits.

Step 1:- Go to your blogger account and select the blog you want to remove the attribution from.

 

Step 2:- On the left section of your blogger click on the “Theme” Section. Now as shown in the image below click on the Edit Html Button.

Step 3:- Click on the “Jump To Widget” button and click on “Attribution1” form the list.

Step 4:- Now click anywhere in the box and press Cltrl+F which will open a search bar in the box.

Search for the attribution line:  <b:widget id='Attribution1' locked='true' title='' type='Attribution' visible='true'>

Step 5:- Replace the line with this line: <b:widget id='Attribution1' locked='false' title='' type='Attribution' visible='false'>

Now Click On Save Theme. That’s done; you will see that the attribution has disappeared now.
